"Hershey’s is still a solid go-to"
I don’t really get why people act like Hershey’s isn’t good. To me, it always tastes fresh, and it’s sweet, smooth, and doesn’t have that weird aftertaste you get with some cheaper chocolate. I use it for snacking and baking, it’s been consistent every single time. It’s simple chocolate, sure, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t really good.

"Checkout was okay, I guess"
It worked in the end, but the payment page felt a little slow... not a huge problem, just kind of annoying when you're trying to finish up

"Customization felt kinda limited"
I ordered from hersheys.com thinking it’d be a cute custom gift, but the options were basic. You can add names and little things like that, but there wasn’t much room to mess with colors, layouts, or make it feel super personal.
The preview wasn’t the clearest either, so I was kinda guessing what the final thing would look like. It showed up fine and nothing was wrong with it, but for the extra cost, I don’t think it was really worth it.

Ordered some chocolates from hersheys.com and was impressed with how well everything was packed. Came in neat, no crushed boxes, no melted mess, which was the main thing I was worried about.
Ice pack and padding definitely did their job, and the whole order looked clean when opened. Simple packaging, but really solid. Would order again.

"Seasonal selection was disappointing"
I was disappointed with the seasonal candy this year. I kept waiting for more options to show up, but there just wasn’t much to pick from. After checking back a few times, it felt like a waste of time.

"Absolutely Fair Shipping Cost"

"Refund was easy, honestly"
I ordered some candy and one of the items showed up kind of messed up from shipping, which was annoying but… things happen. I reached out to Hershey’s, not really sure what to expect, and they got back to me quickly. They offered a refund without making it weird or asking a bunch of questions. The money was back in my account a few days later. Simple, honestly. Easier than I thought it would be, so yeah, 5 stars from me...

I ordered a Hershey’s gift box for my sister and, of course, everyone loved it. i’m mad at myself for stressing over gift ideas when this was such an easy win. The box looked nice without being over the top, the chocolate tasted fresh, and shipping didn’t cause any drama. If you’re stuck trying to figure out what to buy someone, just get this and blame yourself later for not doing it sooner.

My chocolate showed up mostly fine, but a few pieces were a little soft. The ice packs definitely helped, though with summer shipping it still wasn’t perfect. i was already feeling mentally drained that day, so dealing with slightly melty chocolate was just kind of a bummer.

I ordered from hersheys.com because there was a promo advertised, but by the time I got to checkout, the discount was way less than I thought it would be. I kept going back and checking the details, and it was frustrating waiting for everything to load just to still not understand what actually qualified.
Then shipping basically wiped out most of the savings anyway, so it didn’t end up feeling like much of a deal. The candy itself was fine, but the promo could’ve been a lot clearer, and the whole process took longer than it should have...

"Good classic chocolate"
I grabbed a few Hershey bars and they were exactly what I was hoping for—fresh, sweet, and just that classic chocolate taste, if that makes sense. Nothing super fancy, just really good and reliable. My kids ate them way too fast lol

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I ordered some chocolate from Hershey's and didn’t expect it to show up that quickly. But then suddenly I was like, wait, it's already here? Everything was packed well, nothing was melted, and the whole thing was just easy. I was ready to be annoyed if it took forever, but nope, totally happy with it. I’d definitely order again.

"Candy looked good, but the site made it harder than it needed to be"
I was just trying to browse around and order some candy, but the site got a little frustrating. It was slow on my phone, the menus didn’t always load right, and basic info felt weirdly buried, almost like they’d rather push you straight to checkout than let you compare things easily. Even checkout felt clunky once I got there. It’s not the worst site I’ve used, but it definitely needs some work.

I’d say they replied within maybe a few minutes or so and got the issue sorted quickly. No big hassle, just handled it and I was good to go.

I ordered from hersheys.com thinking it would be extra fresh coming straight from the source, but the candy didn’t really taste that way. It arrived in one piece, so no issue there, but the chocolate had some white around the edges and the texture wasn’t as smooth as it usually is. It was still edible, just kind of disappointing. I also hate dealing with automated systems when something’s off, so I didn’t feel like jumping through hoops to complain. Probably won’t order online again unless they do a better job with freshness
